Confirmed Meeting Minutes
Fulford Parish Council take minutes at every official Council meeting.
Minutes are made available for public viewing only after they have been signed off by the Council as being a true record of events, at the following council meeting.
(This Web-Site will always be one set of minutes out of date for this reason.)
FPC meetings take place on the 2nd Thursday of the month, and are held at either Fulford Village Hall or Meir Heath & Rough Close Village Hall on a rotation basis.
The Council meetings commence at 7.15pm, with the first 15 minutes being dedicated to the fielding of issues from parish residents on matters they feel need to be brought before Fulford Parish Council members.
Following the public hearings, the council goes into full session. From this point, only council members are allowed to make representations to the sitting body.
A full list of dates and venues for future FPC meetings can be obtained here.
Council Policy on raising questions via the website:
If you would like to raise a question for consideration on the Agenda at the next Council Meeting you may do so by emailing the Clerk to the Council.
ONLY email requests made 7 days priors to the next meeting, and with a name, usable email address, home address, postcode and phone number will be considered valid requests.
ALL requests made through the site will need to be confirmed in a phone call between the Clerk and the Enquirer prior to the next Council Meeting.
For the protection of the general public, the Council will disregard ALL requests submitted by anonymous persons.
It would be preferable for you to attend in person at 7.15pm on the day of the meeting as this will give you a better opportunity to discuss your specific issue, rather than read the minute record a month after, when they have been validated as a true record of the previous meeting.
