PUBLIC MEETING

Cemex UK has made an application to be considered by Staffordshire County Council in its Core Minerals Strategy to open a sand and gravel quarry on the areas shown on the map above. The site totals 96 hectares and quarry operations would last approximately 24 years, extracting a total of 750,000 tonnes of product.

This meeting gave information on how local residents and other stakeholders can make objections under the consultation process.
